Living in Third World countries

By Serge Kreutz

In a poor and poorly policed Third World city, morals and traditional restrictions on a person’s behavior are gradually lost. What counts is the economic bottom line. Female partner choice is guided more by economic considerations than it would be in a rich First World society.

In a rich First World society, it would be seen as proof of a poor character if the partner choice of a young attractive woman were primarily determined by how rich a man is.

No such scruples in a poor Third World city.

The most important aspect is: does he have the means, not just to support a family or household; but also, the means to provide financial support during a temporary relationship.
